This private space offers a spacious living area, a kitchen, and a half bathroom (toilet only), making it a comfortable place to call home. Guests will also have access to the full bathroom with a shower in the main house, as well as our washer and dryer for added convenience. We are a friendly family with two young children, three cats, and two dogs, so animal lovers will feel right at home. Our property features a peaceful pond, lush green lawns, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy nature. We're looking for someone who values a welcoming, family-friendly environment and are excited to meet our new neighbor. Renters should understand the bathroom is only a half bathroom, however renters will have access to our main house bathroom just right outside the guesthouse as well as the washer nd dryer!
