For reference, the house is about a mile away from Harriet Beecher Stowe's Mandarin house when she lived in this area. Also nearby are restaurants, shopping areas, grocery stores, etc. The house is an unfurnished single-story 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a formal dining room and a pretty large family room. The master bathroom is spacious and has a spa bathtub along with a standup shower. The second bathroom has a large walk in ceramic shower. Wooden floor and tile throughout the house.
