I am renting out a furnished bedroom master, with an on-suite bathroom, in my newly Renovated townhome. The home is located in a gated community, 7 minutes from downtown Durham, 5 minutes from the highway, walking distance to two grocery stores, dollar general, and Walgreens. The bedroom is on the second floor. Internet, water, home security system is included. Electricity and gas is split with a female tenants. The bedroom is furnished, I can remove the furniture but the price will not change. There are two parking spaces directly in front of my home, two steps from the front door. The home is equipped with stainless steel appliances. There's a washer and dryer downstairs. This is a pet free home. I am looking for a responsible, neat professional who cleans up behind themselves, is considered of others, and pays there rent on time. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out. The security deposit is refundable given there are no damages, a 60 notice is provided and the unit is returned clean and in the same condition it was rented without requiring additional cleaning.
