15 to 20 hours per week live-in super/handyman for two 14 bedroom independent living senior residences located in beautiful downtown Ridgewood. Duties include light repairs, simple carpentry, painting of rooms as they turn over, purchase and maintain adequate supplies garbage disposal, vacuuming common areas and cleaning up bathrooms between weekly professional cleaning, responding to emergencies, etc. Compensation is room and board, one bedroom apartment with half kitchen Ridgewood, NJ basic cable, all utilities, use of shared kitchen, use of laundry machines for no charge.
