This historic farmhouse is a rare gem that we know you will enjoy. It features two living rooms with a huge flat-screen TV and sound system, a dining area that seats eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with all basic necessities. The farmhouse sleeps ten guests comfortably with three bedrooms and two cozy rooms for entertaining. Almost every room has a huge flat-screen TV and sound system, providing the perfect way to relax and watch football games. Long driveway and ample parking available for all your guests. Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $75 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste, or additional charges may apply. This house is close to everything: UGA, great music, bars, movie theaters, food, and entertainment. Having a car is recommended, but there is also a bus route nearby that loops around Athens, and Uber and Lyft are very accessible. This house has outside security cameras only. Pets are not allowed inside, and no smoking is allowed. We subscribe to a monthly pest and mosquito service, but depending on the time of year and weather conditions, that does not guarantee a bug will not make an appearance during your stay. We are unable to offer any guarantees or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside the home. Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement.
