A nice house in a quiet neighborhood in Middlesex Township. Plenty of counter space in the relatively roomy kitchen (around 11'x15'). The partially finished attic makes a fun, large (around 18'x30') playroom/kids bedroom. The house has well water and public sewer. We put in a "MetalMaster" filter and an ultraviolet water filter to make safe and great tasting water. There is a lot of water in this area, and so many houses get flooded, particularly the even numbers on Denny Road, but we used to get significant amounts of water in the basement. We installed a french drain in December, 2010, and it has been working great ever since. Neighborhood Description The house is located north eastern Valencia, (ie. we hardly ever go to the "center" of Valencia), otherwise known as Middlesex Township, 1/3 of a mile from Route 8. A mile or so from Route 228 West.
