The condo is conveniently located near public transportation, a fantastic local grocery store, and numerous hiking trails. Seeking house-mate for 9 months to 1 year lease. This is not my full time residence, as I live primarily in southern Marin caring for my aging mother-in-law. I will be using the small, second bedroom as my office a couple times a week. Basically, I will not be spending the nights, or eating meals in the space. The tenant will have full access to the condo 90% of the time. The condo is partially furnished, but furniture can be added, or removed as needed. Tenant will pay partial heat and electric, depending on usage. Tenant will also set up the internet.
