Our private, backyard oasis is surrounded by tropical foliage and views of the lush, hillside ravine. Experience gentle breezes and native birds singing in surround sound while catching some rays poolside, soaking in the jacuzzi, or swinging in the egg-chair. Plentiful space is found inside and outside to play, gather, enjoy meal prepared in our gourmet kitchen or outdoor BBQ, and relax. Watch the sunset from the second-floor sun deck, then lounge around the fire pit to end your day. You may gain access to the home anytime after self check-in with a door code The home is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked storage cabinets next to the kitchen table. 1. Lease term minimum is 1 month, with renewal required on a month to month basis if longer stay is needed. 2. NO PETS ALLOWED. 3. NO EVENTS OR HOUSE PARTIES. You will be asked to leave. 4. The flat rate cleaning fee is $880 per booking. (this covers once a week cleaning) 5. Jacuzzi heating is included. However, the pool heating fee is $75/night flat rate as an optional add on. 6. Smoking is NOT allowed - $1000 fine if violated. 7. Approved day guests are subject to a $25/person per day, with a maximum occupancy of 20 including those that are staying on property. This is a restriction imposed by the City of Oceanside code enforcement.
