    Lake Kahola is a hidden gem of the flint hills! This private lake is situated on the Morris/Chase county line and is tucked away in the heart of large flint hills native pastures. Whether you are looking for a full time residence or a summer getaway for your family this lake home may be the perfect fit. The lake provides excellent fishing opportunities on top of boating and jet ski recreation. It is one of the few lakes in Kansas that is still free of the invasive Zebra Mussel. The home is located on the north shore, but sits on the western shore of the cove providing some wind protection from the predominantly southwest summer winds. It was renovated by the seller when purchased and consists of an open living and kitchen area, featuring bamboo flooring throughout and a large island in the kitchen. There is currently not a dock in place, which could be seen as a negative, however it creates an opportunity to install the dock system that works perfectly for your needs without having to remove an outdated dock.
