Needs a lot of work. Floors are painted concrete. My husband had his ex girlfriend rip the carpet out. Then he didn’t paint the concrete correctly. Kitchen cabinets are broken & out-of-date.Dishwasher doesn’t work. Appliances do not match. Tiny kitchen with no countertop space. Kitchen floor tile broken & cracked, huge hole in utility room wall for large dog door. Walls need to be painted, painters did a horrible job. Fireplace does not work when he fixed it he did not leave it in working condition it is for show. Fireplace mantle is something he made and is rotting. Bathrooms are not up-to-date, torn wallpaper, embarrassing paint job, holes in walls. Tub with shower is not usable. Tub stained. Backyard is all septic line unable to use for any outside purpose. Siding bricks are crumbling, Wood is rotten with termites. Window glass is broken, screens are shredded by dog. Shed is falling & needs to be rebuilt. New roof approximately 10 years old. Carport needs to be rebuilt boards are rotting, privacy fence is rotted, chain length fence has many holes in it. Will need new entrance doors, closet doors all rotting or damaged from his children.
