But I am waiting for carpet/flooring install completion to make sure they see what the property looks like on completion before I finalize the rental agreement. (Update 5/25/2025) I've probably made a mistake of listing this rental before the current tenants moved out, before cleaners could come in for deep clean and before new carpet. My repair/maintenance guy is currently on site installing new dishwasher, plumbing fixture replacement, and some other minor but important finishing repairs. Tile floor will also be refurbished. My best estimate is that late June will be the earliest move-in time (more likely July 1). I am hesitant to show the place until the cleaning crew, carpet layers and repair/maintenance men finish their work. One year lease. Last month rent required. HOA rules are pretty standard and limit noise, business activities, items visible from the street and other items that keep the neighborhood beautiful.
