This is a lovely 8 room Victorian style home which includes a 3 season sun porch facing Johnson's Bay in Lubec. With two staircases going to the 3 bedrooms upstairs, none have an adjoining wall. It has a large level yard, a humongous old cherry tree, and a wonderful saltwater view. The first story has shiny oak floors, replaced Matthew Brothers windows, a cast iron and soapstone propane stove with viewing glass which is on a thermostat as a back up heat source if electric is lost. The roof has been reshingled, exterior repainted and with both if any wood was questionable it was replaced. The remaining chimney was retopped. I have so enjoyed making this house my home, but I needed to find a dwelling on one level.
