Looking for a roomie to share a 3-story home on the ocean Your monthly rent is $1700 (half the full rent), which includes all utilities and two of the four bedrooms. Common areas are furnished (but feel free to add to it). My daughter has a bedroom as well but will be college-bound most of the time, home on breaks and the occasional weekends.
