Renters are responsible for their electric bill there is no gas bill there is also a water bill that typically has a $27 minimum. There is no gas the home is all electric. There is a large deck on the back of the home. Parking is in front of the home and one space along the side of the home. Very quiet community only 5 minutes from Marian out in the country. Adjacent is a horse pasture with a few of our horses. I have been a landlord many years and I love a peaceful community there are 9 homes in total across our 15 acres. Garbage is paid for by myself. Centralized dumpster.
