This is for a room in a 4 bedroom house. Only I will be living there. The home is not furnished yet. You will have the downstairs bedroom your own full bathroom and the kitchen is shared you can use some of the garage and we also have a gorgeous clubhouse with pool and gym. Very easy going just looking for someone to rent the downstairs bedroom and to be a cool person. We won't be hanging out all the time and stuff because I am not home often but I am very laid back just looking for someone to be chill!
