Swamp cooler on roof of house for summer. House is gas and electric. Any questions feel free to ask. Total move in cost will be first month and security deposit totaling $3800. The security deposit is non-refundable. Rent is due the first of every month. A late fee of $25 per day will be accrued for rent not paid on the first of the month and after 5 days of being late lease will be terminated and 30 day notice to vacate will be given. Lease will be good for 1 year. Will require 3 references and employment verification will be needed. Renters will set up own accounts for Gas(SW Gas) and Electric(NV Energy). Renters will also need Water account set up with Pyramid Lake Utilities Department and will be able to give info if needed for this. Only renters signed on lease will be occupants of the house. No non running cars allowed on property. Landscape in front and backyard will be maintained by renters. No additions will be made to the house. It is a non- smoking residence.
