My roommate and I are looking to rent the third bedroom in the house we live in. The private bedroom on the second floor has a closet and shares a full bathroom with one roommate. The rent is $600/month and utilities will be divided evenly between roommates. The house has a washer/dryer, large garage for storage, and includes a full weight rack and weights/kettlebells plus two bike trainers that can be used. There is plenty of parking spaces available next to the house. The common living spaces are fully furnished and shared (kitchen and living room). One roommate does have a cat, so we do not want any additional animals in the home. The home is located about 0.5mi from Safeway in Moscow in a quiet neighborhood and a couple miles from downtown and University of Idaho. Move-in ready. First month's rent plus $600 security deposit. Current roommates recently graduated and work full-time, so trying to find someone who fits our lifestyles. The room can be fully furnished (double-bed, night stand, and bench) as well depending on your situation. The lease can be month-to-month or Feb 1-June 1, and then the tenant would sign an another lease for the following year. The utilities will be divided between the three roommates. No outdoor maintenance is required by tenants.
