Comcast cable and internet. Reading Village is a one-mile drive with a general store and Greenhouse/upscale food market with wine and craft beer. Brownsville Butcher and Pantry is also a short 10 minute drive. Woodstock is a 20 minute drive. All utilities included - heat, electric, cable/internet, and snow plowing. Security deposit required.
