Such a cute place on property with other homes. There is an electric gate that secures the entire property. This is a very private and special place. The road is smooth but dirt and only 10 mph, so cars stay dusty most of the time. There is a private fenced backyard. Washer, dryer and fridge are included. Dogs, cats and maybe chickens are okay. Renter's insurance required. We will require a credit report. No smoking of any kind inside. 10mph road - no speeding Abusing the inclusive utilities will be charged to the renter. Must clean up after pets.
