Credit check, employment verification, criminal background check and rental references are necessary. First and last month rent plus $1000 damage deposit, $500 cleaning fee due at lease signing. Cleaning fee returned upon move out if cabin left in clean condition. No smoking of any type and no vaping. Pets are negotiable and if approved a pet deposit of $250 is required.
