Tenant is responsible for snow removal and yard maintenence, which includes the front, driveway, and yard between the house and back sheds. No smoking allowed. Washer & Dryer hook-ups are located in the basement. The W&D are in the basement for your use, but they will not be repaired or replaced if they break. 2nd floor parks in the driveway.
