We love our house! It is a three bedrooms house in the Bay Creek neighborhood with a garage, a backyard, and parks nearby. It is just steps from a bus line and a bike path that runs directly to the University and downtown. The neighborhood is great, the schools are excellent, and the arboretum is walking distance from our front door. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for Gas and Electricity. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed
