It is within only 5-minutes walking distance to the Greensview Elementary School through very clean and safe neighborhood sidewalks. Both middle and high schools are also within 10-minutes drive. The school bus for elementary and middle school kids stops literally in front of the house for pickup and drop-off. The house is about 10-minutes drive to the Ohio State University campus. Because of all these, this neighborhood is considered particularly attractive for family with kids, because they can go to the best public schools that the entire Columbus, or even Ohio, can offer. My neighbors are mostly highly educated professionals, including a number of OSU professors, like myself. In this regard, the neighborhood has a unique intellectual appeal. Also, a park, next to the Greensview Elmentary School, is so close for doing all sorts of outdoor activities and sports. My kids grew up and received their public education here and they are now in several top (or elite) colleges in the country, attesting to the highest quality of public education in this neighborhood. A terrific neighborhood, without doubt.
