Charlie was only 27 when he was tragically taken from his family/friends. His dream was to be an investor and this home was the first of what would have been many for him. He never got the pleasure of even making his first mortgage payment! But, his dream lives on as does the legacy he has started for his daughter. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay. This property is a month-to-month rental with a maximum stay of 6 months, with a signed rental agreement. Rent includes utilities, trash, and WiFi. Security deposit may be waived if you do not have any pets.
