The oil tank is full and the tenant must buy the oil up front at current market value and pay for any subsequent refills. Well water and sewer included. Electric and oil is paid to the landlords. All major appliances included. Basement and attic both available for use. Tenant responsible for trash. We take care of yard maintenance! Pond on property may be used for catch and release fishing. We currently have 1 dog that lives on the property. Respect and privacy for neighbors is a must! Lease term is month to month. Well water and sewer included. Electric and oil is paid to the landlords. Tenant must pay the landlords for oil in the tank up front at current market value. This will be around $2,000. Tenant is responsible for trash.
