All of one bedroom units have a separate single bedroom, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room, and many include a pull-out sofa. They do not have a washer and dryer, but a coin-operated laundry is available in building 9. The building that holds our one-bedroom units is located on a hill; therefore, all one-bedroom units are located down one flight of stairs and feature a walk-out patio. Once inside the unit, you'll be greeted by a triple bay window in the living room and a large sliding glass door off the master. The maximum number of occupants is two for this rental. Pictures may differ from actual unit but size and layout of unit are the same. Unit available 12/12 - 5/12/22 While most utilities are included in this rental please note that electricity is billed to you separately. If you would like to move forward with this rental we would need to confirm that you do not have any pets and that you understand our accommodations are non smoking. Housekeeping will fully inspect this unit prior to your arrival and at a scheduled time prior to your departure. Any damages that may be caused during your rental will be billed in full to you as the renter. During your stay housekeeping service is not available to you and supplies during your stay will not be replenished due to the terms of this rental. We are a hotel and therefore units beside and below you may be occupied at times which may result in increased noise levels. Our quiet time hours are between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. The Town of Wells restricts stays longer than 29 consecutive nights therefore you must plan to check out at the main office and renew your keys every 29 days. You may not register this address as your permanent address, you cannot register a car using this address, you cannot have a school aged child residing in your rental.
