You will enjoy your own bathroom that is located in the hallway, with skylight and high ceiling, standing shower. We will share kitchen, living and dining rooms. You will have your own good size refrigerator. We use electric oven , gas stove and washer and dryer. I did installed reverse water filtration in the kitchen. Also I did installed Tesla charger for electric car. I'm looking for honest, organized, non smoker , non drinker Roommate will share utilities: - electricity and gas - water - garbage -internet I do have renters on the level below us and we will share utilities among all parties.
