We bought this house in 2000. We installed new kitchen cupboards. We added a 3/4 bathroom and a laundry/utility room. We put new vinyl siding on the house. We put a new composition shingle roof on in 2014. It has an open kitchen and front room. It is very well insulated. It has thermal vinyl windows throughout. The carport concrete floor was newly poured in 2017. The view from our house is beautiful. We have great neighbors.
