5 bedroom house with an office and study area that could be made into 6/7 bedrooms for a growing family on 5.06 acres a majority of which is wooded. The house has alot of potential and does need some finishing that I never got around to nothing major. furnace and hot water heater are only a couple years old. The central air was serviced last year. Would be great for a growing family or a hunter's lodge as it is located in a great hunting area. Macoupin Creek is not far, but is not close enough for little ones to get to.
