Everything upgraded to match the 'model home' in the subdivision. Having previously told about some algorithm Zillow uses my conclusion is that your estimates are misleading at best and your algorithm faulty since the TAX VALUE OF THE HOUSE IS $450K WHICH PROVES YOUR ALGORITHM TO BE IN ERROR AS THE ESTIMATE SHOULD NEVER FALL BELOW THE TAX VALUE OF THE HOUSE!!!
