This home was rebuilt by myself and my father fire our landlord in 96-97 (when we started-ended). When we did this, we even reset the foundation it did on due to the previous one was not to code after flooding and landslide from hill behind the house. Flooding and another minor landslide hit again after completing which I assisted in removing half for deep mud in the home then and assisted with necessary repairs required for the home to be up to code and liveable after that. If you want verification of this, the owner at the time (now deceased) Mark Buell, he and his mother Louis Buell (also deceased in 98) owned 14, 70 & the 2 story next to it at the same time selling the 2 story 1st then 70, then 14 to a teacher at the local school. Also you forgot the office with the built in shelving asking the inner wall that is shared with the living room area. I don't believe I saw anything about the huge walk in closet located between the bedroom with the double doors entry of the living room/dining room and the restroom that shared the inner main wall with the dining room/ kitchen area or sliding glass doors or the back to the 3/4 wrap porch front to back leading to detached garage.
