There is a gourmet kitchen which was remodeled in 2003, 2 brand new furnaces, and a brand new mother-in-law apartment finished in 2006. The backyard has beautiful gardens and a Koi Pond with waterfall. There is a fireplace in the livingroom and also one in the family room. Neighborhood Description This is a lovely tree filled neighborhood. Most residents are proffessionals in the City of Pittsburgh.Its very safe as we have our own police department. We are a small Borough with our own community pool, park, community center, police department and maintenance department. We have easy access on and off of the Parkway and can be in the city in minutes.
