Quiet, woodsy location but only a few miles to downtown Portland with its restaurants, shops, arts and performance venues. Sebago Lake is just a 20 minute drive in the other direction. Lots of great hiking, swimming nearby. All the attractions of Maine are close at hand--Beaches, skiing and other winter activities, lakes and coastal islands and quaint towns to visit. Acadia National Park is a three hour drive. Owner pays for propane (hot water heater), water and garbage. Renter pays for electricity and heating oil. Tenant responsible for snow removal (snow blower and shovels provided). One cat and one dog will be considered. Three people maximum. House can be furnished or unfurnished, this is negotiable. 9 to 12 month lease, with option to renew. No smoking.
