The kitchen comes with appliances included (brand-new Bosch Dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and oven/stove). The laundry room doubles as a pantry (can include shelving). There is also a linen closet in the hallway for additional storage. For furnished, you can choose any of the above items you would like to keep at no additional cost. We just request enough notice before your move in date to remove any unwanted furniture ahead of time. Includes access to the pool and fitness center that has weights, strength machines and cardio machines. There is a large excess of parking spaces, and the complex has on-site recycling and trash dumpsters that are collected weekly.
