The living room is connected to a balcony that overlooks a shared fenced outdoor yard area. The rooms come unfurnished, but the kitchen comes with appliances included (brand-new Bosch Dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, and oven/stove) and the living room comes with a mounted TV. The laundry room doubles as a pantry (includes shelving). There is also a linen closet in the hallway for additional storage. Rental includes access to the pool and fitness center that has weights, strength machines and cardio machines. There is a large excess of parking spaces, and the complex has on-site recycling and trash dumpsters that are collected weekly. Rent is $2100 which includes water, trash disposal, sewer, amenity fees, parking, and quarterly pest control. Electricity and internet are not included. Renter insurance is required. Cats are allowed ($250 refundable pet deposit), but dogs are not allowed-we are willing to discuss other pets. Sublets are allowed, but you will be responsible for any damages/payments under the sublet. Ideally, we would have a 12-month lease starting September 1st, but can be flexible with move-in if you are flexible.
