The laundry room doubles as a pantry (includes shelving). There is also a linen closet in the hallway for additional storage. Rental includes access to the pool and fitness center that has weights, strength machines and cardio machines. There is a large excess of parking spaces, and the complex has on-site recycling and trash dumpsters that are collected weekly.
