No expense spared with this home remodel. 2006-New water heater and Kenmore dishwasher. 2007-New central air and furnace. 2008-New pergo flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, microwave,carpet. 2009-New retaining wall in backyard, new Western Blue Derby grass, frontdoor, storm door, added concrete walk ways, new side fencing, plus enough left to do other side fence. Do I really need to keep going? Children's playset does not stay, thank you!
