I'm a 29 year old enlisted member of the U.S. Army, and I recently bought a 4BR house in Odenton. I'm looking for a renter to live primarily in the basement, which consists of a large living area, bedroom, private bathroom, washer, and dryer. The kitchen and dining area are upstairs, and would be shared. The kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and washer/dryer are all brand new. I have an extremely friendly and well-behaved cat. I would prefer someone without pets, but am open to pets on a case-by-case basis. The house is about half a block away from the Odenton MARC train station, which gives you easy access to both Washington DC and Baltimore. 6-10 minute drive to Ft. Meade, and walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.
