This community is in a safe neighborhood and quiet most of the time with occasional noise in the community. Bedroom is 12' x 14', has access to large deck with shelves and closet space for clothes and such. With this, you also get access to the rest of the house such as the living room, dining room, den, center courtyard, and back yard (which includes a large garden). Laundry (adjacent to bedrooms) and kitchen privileges designated space in refrigerator/freezer and pantry (in modern kitchen) provided. Here are the rent details: -Rent is $1000/month payable on the first of every month and includes wi-fi and utilities. -Security deposit is equal to first month's rent. -Rental agreement would need to be signed in order to secure the room. The bedroom is for one person only, no couples. Ideally a long-term tenant. No pets and no stayovers. No smokers. Extra storage is available.
