Private room in an owner occupied house. Within 20 minutes of 5 hospitals. The upstairs is a dedicated space for just the tenants it has two bedrooms and one half bath. The full bathroom is on the main floor. Winter months will require an awd vehicle as this is rural VT. In the summer time there are many flower gardens, vegetable gardens, large deck, and an in ground pool! There are 3 cats and 2 dogs that live on premise. We also foster around 30 kittens a year! Full disclosure: one of the cats has special needs and often uses the tub to pee in, the tub is bleached twice a day as needed. All utilities included, fast WiFi, laundry on site. No smoking allowed on property
