The owner pays for electric, cooking gas and heat. This does not include air conditioning. AC is an additional cost of 100$ per month during the summer months of June-September 1st. tenant must obtain renters insurance. There is a 300$ security deposit for pets. and monthly rent of 25$ per pet . parking is an additional 25$ a month to cover maintenance and snow removal. tenant is required to clean up after pet and always keep pet contained. provide vaccination records and show that flee and tick prevention has been provided according to veterinary guidelines. This Building is a smoke free environment no nicotine to prevent respiratory inflammation with other tenants. there are quiet hours from 12 midnight to 8 am Sunday thru Friday saturday 2 am -8am. it is a requirement that any damage to the unit or maintenance issues need to be reported as soon as they occur. pest control and cleanliness of the unit and grounds of the building are imperative to ensure that everyone lives in a comfortable environment. there is only one parking spot with a sticker for one vehicle that vehicle should be determined at the time of signing the lease so that proper notification can be given to the tow truck company to ensure that your vehicle does not get towed. only one sticker should match the plates of the vehicle. garbage must be kept in garbage bags and taken down to the trash in a tied garbage back to prevent trash and litter flying about the area. only tenants in the lease should reside in the dwelling any guests o er 5 days will require additional name on the lease and an increase of 400 a month in rent. to compensate for the increase in utilities regarding water usage, electricity heating and cooking. there should be no congregation in common areas. gate surrounding property must be locked at all times . property is not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged items or any damage to vehicles.
