Washer and dryer are in the basement which is unfinished but great for storage. Nice deck on the back of the house for a grill. Really great house, great location, and it has plenty of available parking. Locust Point park is 1 block from the house. This will be a Year to Year lease. Tenant is responsible for the electric to be in their name and are also responsible for the water bill. Average water bill for this property runs about $92 with 2 people living there. The tenants are responsible for snow removable and keeping the property clean and tidy including the back yard. If Tenant has any pets, there is a limit of 2 animals allowed on property and non-refundable fee of $195 per pet is due at signing of the lease. Also, security deposit of rent amount ($2050) is due at signing of lease as well. Credit check, background check, and the ability to pay analysis will be performed so a fee of $40 per person will be charged non-refundable to be considered for renting the house but does not guarantee you will get the house. This will be due upon the looking at the house and wanting to rent the house prior to any lease signing.
