We have a two story, one bedroom apartment, furnished, available on our private gated property. All utilities included in the monthly rent (water/sewer/trash, wifi internet, electric included). The apartment is in a separate building from the main residence so our renter will have their own privacy. The apartment has beautiful wood floors and high end fixtures. Downstairs is the open concept kitchen/dining/living room area, along with a large storage closet under the stairs. Upstairs is an open, airy bedroom with many windows, a closet, and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Furnishing is provided, but renters could bring their own furniture as desired. Renters to provide their own linens if rented furnished. Our property is very private, as it is gated and surrounded on all sides with trees. We have a large screen-enclosed pool (heated in winter) that the renter would be able to enjoy shared with our family, and would also have their own private patio area behind the apartment. There is ample outdoor parking and a paved walkway next to our home to the apartment entrance. Nearest cross streets are Victoria Rd and Indian Rocks Rd in Largo. We're just minutes to the closest Publix, Walgreens, CVS, etc. and 8 minutes drive across Walsingham Road bridge over to the beach. We are looking for a single professional for month to month rental, or a retired couple. We are a family of 2 working professional parents, with children and pets, and will require a credit and background check. Application fee $50. The apartment will be available April 1.
