Wall mounted Envi heaters in each bedroom will keep you comfortable, with a small but sturdy kitchen and large living area. Be aware that this is rustic living. The driveway is not paved and there isn't a garage or additional storage. The 2 storage tanks hold water from an underground spring across the highway so you need to be water conscious. You will also need to take your laundry elsewhere. We are seeking tenants who appreciate the natural beauty of the location and live light on the land. No pets and no smoking inside. Tenant is responsible for PG&E, propane refills, and their own internet & garbage service if desired. Property is on septic and water comes from a spring, stored in two large water tanks onsite. If tenant uses more water than storage allows, they shall be responsible for water delivery.
