This is a one of a kind 2 bedroom log cabin located on the shores of Whitefish Bay next to groomed snowmobile and ORV trails that connect to the rest of the beautiful Upper Peninsula. (Ask for details) The home includes a lower living area with a functional wood stove, dining area and a kitchen with plenty of elbow room all with views of the water. The up stairs consists of a loft with walk out deck and open concept bedroom . Home includes a 1 1/2 car garage with room for storage and parking. 2 vehicles park comfortably in the area. The home is 6 miles north of town includes several churches, restaurant's, and Whitefish Township School. Appliances include washer, dryer, refrigerator, wood stove and geothermal furnace providing heat and AC. Month to month rental Tenant is responsible for utilities, (electric, phone, wifi, propane) and snow removal of driveway. Driveway is about 500' long. Tenant is responsible to inform landlord of any issues that present themselves as soon as they present themselves. Tenant must provide permission to have background checks conducted for all tenants living in the home and pay associated fees. Rental/living history and income info requested for application.
