ALL INCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY! This is a beautiful cottage in the historic Summerville area of Augusta. Originally built in 1916 and known as Hill Crest Farm (due to being at the top of a hill), it is now a peaceful oasis that sits above the street with blueberry bushes, fig trees, and an amazing variety of flowering bushes and trees. Sitting outside in the morning with a cup of coffee is honestly my favorite activity! This is unlike any other rental listing. Not only is this property centrally located, but it also has an amazing yard and nice features that makes it highly desirable. The yard is not completely fenced though. The yard maintenance costs are included (yardwork is bi-weekly). This residence comes fully furnished with all furniture, appliances (small and large), dishes and utensils, cookware, etc. We do not supply linens or towels. The washer and dryer are large capacity units so they can wash large loads. Utilities are covered with the exception of electricity and internet. Just for simplicities sake, utilities will stay in our name and the cost passed on to the tenant. Two out of three bedrooms have 55" TVs with a 70" TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the kitchen. There is a cottage in the rear of the house that is typically rented out to shorter term tenants. Depending on the situation, we might be open closing the cottage off to shorter term tenants to allow for complete privacy. Lease terms are flexible. Although we have it listed for 6 months, we are open to 9 months - 1 year. However, we do have a Masters clause in the lease that states the property cannot be occupied during Masters week (first week in April). Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Pet deposit may be required. No smoking on the premises. Parking is provided off-street. All appliances are included.
