The Landlord will repair or replace any of the fixtures, fittings or furnishings, supplied by the Landlord in the accommodation, which become defective and will do so within a reasonable period of time. The tenant undertakes to immediately notify the Landlord of any deterioration of the Property or of the fixtures, fittings, furnishings and effects whatever may be the cause thereof. The Landlord undertakes to carry out necessary repairs within a reasonable period of time after having been notified of the need to do so.
