Guest access Access to the home is through a lockbox that is installed next to the door. In case there are any issues with that at all, we have a backup lockbox mounted on the fence across from the community center. These back up keys are for emergency use only. Please let us know if you use them and replace them once you are finished using it. Our guests will have access to the entire property including the community 10 person hot tub, the outdoor picnic/BBQ area, the community game room with dozens of board games, and our laundry room.
