There is a super large bathroom, with a separate tub, and shower, which is shared with one other person who rents the other bedroom. The bedroom alone is bigger than some NYC apartments. Rent is $1650.00 per month, plus a share of the Gas & Elec. My partner and I live on another floor in the brownstone, and when we are in town share the common space. The rental is on a month to month basis. There is a no smoking policy.
