We are selling this cabin as a short term rental property and fully furnished. We will remove only personal items from the home. You immediately enter the great room where you can relax and unload from a day full of adventures or move to the kitchen outfitted with granite countertops, full sized appliances including a propane range, microwave, dishwasher and fridge to create a memorable meal. Outside is also a George Foreman grill for those who enjoy grilling up their favorite meat, veggies or fish! Off the great room is the spacious master bedroom including a queen sized Purple mattress, closet and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a beautiful and amazing rain shower with tile and stone accents, gorgeous granite countertop with vessel sink and toilet. In the great room is a spiral staircase that leads to the second bedroom (loft) that includes a queen sized Purple mattress for resting after a full day of fun and massage chair for those achy muscles. This cabin offers amazing views of the Salmon River and the surrounding area. It is located within walking distance to everything downtown Riggins has to offer. The community of cabins is private and quiet. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking, rafting, jet boating and the list goes on. Or it could be perfect for those looking for a nice quiet get away to work or just sit on the deck and enjoy the sound of the river. Whatever your reasons, pack your bags, bring the cooler filled with food, your favorite beverages and enjoy nature at its finest! The space: Two bedrooms and one full bathroom. There is a twin air mattress for a fifth guest or the couch can also work for additional sleeping space. The great room is nicely equipped to enjoy games, relax or watch your favorite show or movie. The full kitchen is stocked with essential items to get you started with making memorable meals during your visit to include a George Foreman grill located on the side of the cabin. The bedrooms are comfortable and relaxing.
