very quiet for being on a busy road. very well lit at night. within walking distance to veternarian, dentist, daycare facility, cvs, sweetbay, walmart grocery, amscot, subway, golden coin restaurant (excellent food by the way). bus stop is 4 houses east on my side of the road and across the street as well. no sidewalk on this side of the road which is probably why zillow gave me a walkability score of 43, but honestly i think that makes it safer, in that if there arent any pedestrians on this side walking through the yards, it may look suspicous to police which drive by hourly, going either east or west on sunset point road. we always get the seabreeze as we are only about 3/4 of a mile east of the st.joseph sound. there is also a huge shade 'centurian' oak tree in the backyard which will cast 85% of the backyard with shade. the pool never gets above 84 degrees in the dead heat of summer, but the normal summer temp ranges between 78 and 82. my house is my hobby and i realy couldnt have bought a better place 10 years ago for myself and my children. out front you may notice the silver bismark palm which is pretty massive for only being 8 years old. all the neighbors are friendly and i havent had a single problem from any. its a nice quiet piece of heaven.
