THE CABIN: Cabin #2 is our brand new build. It is not giant, but it is deluxe. Styled to be vintage and consistent with the 1940s barn that it was built within, the cabin is fully equipped 1 king bed, 1 full bath with and combined living room, dining area and kitchen area. The unit has everything needed for a very comfortable stay at the lake including, cookware, dishes, oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, alarm clock, flat-screen with satellite, and very comfortable modern furnishings and appliances. An inflatable queen bed is provided for additional overnight guests. Also has modern AC/Heat to make the temp just right all the time and a great little deck with a BBQ just a bit way from our fishing pond. RESTRICTIONS/CONSIDERATIONS: 1. No smoking in cabin allowed. 2. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. 3. No linens are provide and no daily maid service is provided. 4. There is no wifi at this time. 5. This is a second floor unit with stairs to get to and from unit. RENTAL FEES: Weekly Rate (6 nights) = $325 per week + One time $25 dollar cleaning fee Monthly Rate = $950 per month + One time $25 dollar cleaning fee $200 refundable deposit required for all rentals.
